Digipack ideas

For our digipack cover, we have many ideas. One of them is doing a photo of our actress, Cat, sitting on the peer and looking out into the ocean. Another idea is a sketch to keep it feeling organic and our last idea is to have a drawing/painting of it.

We want to use as many techniques and make our digipack as professional as possible. I will be doing the sketches and drawings for the cover. I will do a range of different sketches and drawings and we will later decide which one we like the best.

An idea that we were also discussing was combining all three. The cover could be a photo or a sketch and the insides will either be sketches and drawings. An idea that I also had was to make a collage. The collage will consist of a three way split, a third of the design would be a sketch, the other third  drawing and the last third a photo.

I think we shouldn't put in a lot of colour into the design and keep it fairly desaturated as it will clash and won't look too great, for example a colourful photo and a sketchy drawing in the same space won't look very appealing.
