Thinking about star persona, digi pack and magazine advert

We haven't finalised our star persona at this moment in time, however our star persona will communicate innocence. She will communicate innocence by the costumes in the music video, digi pack and magazine advert. In the music video she is wearing a cream flowing dress, the colour of the dress suggests innocence. Her hair was half up, half down. Her hair was slightly curly. This was so that her hair wasn't completely flat and had a simple style. Throughout the music video you do not see her face to create a sense of mystery about why the girl doesn't want to show her face, therefore  there was no need to worry about make-up. In some shots during the music video she is motionless, however when she is moving we used the SMTH SLOW REC on the camera. This gives a sense that she is relaxed instead of tense and rushed. We used natural lighting to show that she feels like an out-cast, this was due to either her having a disfigurement on her face. However we think we need a better idea than the disfigurement on her face, as this would or could be a very touchy subject. In each frame she is the main focus, normally in the shots she is in the center. We've tried to match the music and lyrics together by cutting on the beat.

We are going to ensure the continuity between the three products by keeping what her face looks like as a mystery, meaning we wont show her face in any of the three products; the music video, digi-pack cover and magazine advert.

During our visit to Cromer we took several pictures for our digi-pack cover with professional promo images, however it is a case of did we take the right photos for it. We took some of the actress in the cream dress looking out from the pier out into the sea, when it was getting dark.
