We recently found out that our group didn't get the song that we wanted to do, Ellie Goulding - Fly. It's both sad and good that we didn't get it in my opinion as our ambitions for Fly were pretty big and it would've taken a lot of time but we did however spent a lot of time planning our ideas and merging them together.

The song that is a definite maybe for us is Ellie Goulding - Human. The song has is upbeat and has a fast rhythm. We have come up with many ideas for our music video. The lyrics are about the singer singing she wants to be human, this gave us the idea of having our actress as something inorganic in an organic world, for example, a robot or some other unhumanly figure. The beginning of the song is pretty slow so we may have the beginning of the music video mirroring this, i.e. having the music video slowed down too then when it gets to the chorus is will be fast or have it gradually getting faster throughout the song.

Another idea we had was having the whole video completely white and bright but when it gets to the chorus it will be colourful and abstract.

The type of shots that we would have are long shots and scenes, giving that feel of longing for being human.

The setting we have in mind are the beach, town and a park. The actress will constantly have their back to the audience and maybe at the end or in the chorus she will show her face, showing us her disfigured face. We will make the face by using make up. Her outfit will be simple as well, maybe a night or hospital gown.
